Cancellations

 

In accordance with your legal rights laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may cancel an online order within 14-days of purchase. Please note that refunds processed online may take up to 14-days to show in your account.

 

Damages and issues

 

All orders are packaged with great care and delivered to Royal Mail in the best possible condition. However, orders may get damaged in transit for which we bear no responsibility. If you experience any issues, please contact holly@hollyfoskettbarnes.co.uk.
