About the event
April’s full moon is known as the Seed or Growing Moon in the Celtic tradition, representing the beginning of the growing season in ancient Celtic communities. Throughout this immersive workshop, we'll take inspiration from the Seed Moon as we release old stories and welcome new narratives.
Holly will guide you through meditative relaxations, journalling, intuitive drawing and lunar watercolour painting, imbued with your intentions for the seasons ahead.
You’ll be guided step-by-step in how to use watercolours or, if you have some painting experience, shown new tips and techniques. Holly will weave mindfulness moments throughout the session, to remind us that artmaking is about the process rather than any products.
You’ll leave rested and connected to self, with dreamy lunar artworks honouring your intentions for the next lunar cycle and beyond.
All materials will be provided and you don’t need any artistic experience, all activities are accessible for everyone.
