In the morning you’ll explore the abundant gardens at Jess’s farm in Salisbury and everyone will gather for an opening ceremony and sharing circle. We'll enjoy an elemental yoga class with Jess in the tranquil garden and awaken our energy for the day. The morning will continue with a woodland walk guided by Holly to sketch our surroundings and unfold your creativity with playful intentions.
You'll be treated to a seasonal Spring feast of vegetarian and vegan delights provided by local caterer Wild Ginger. The menu has been crafted uniquely for this event and will include local produce and seasonal ingredients. After lunch, you can take some time to enjoy resting or exploring the land.
In the afternoon, we’ll head to the farmhouse to enjoy creating mindful watercolours of the spring flowers that we came across in the woodlands. Holly will show you how to paint each plant step-by-step using a range of creative techniques. You'll have a mini-portfolio of flowers to take home with you.
After painting, you'll have the choice of herbal teas or coffee and afternoon baked treats handmade by Wild Ginger.
Jess will lead us into a soothing yoga nidra nested in blankets and cushions to nurture your rested self. The retreat day will close with a sharing circle and opportunity for you to reflect on the day.
Tickets are £110 per person and include all art materials, yoga equipment, and a 3-course catered feast. All abilities and levels are welcome.
