This information is gathered from leading nutritional experts, including Le'Nise Brothers (@eatlovemove), and represents the 'ideal perimenopause plate' made up of all the necessary food groups. The percentage of each food group required each meal is annotated around the edge.
The more we can understand our bodies and menstrual health, the more we are able to plan our lives around our unique cycles and live in synchronicity and awareness of them, however that looks for you.
