Workshop cancellations or refunds
 
We can not process refunds less than 10 days before an event or workshop, due to not having enough time to re-market tickets. Please get in touch at holly@hollyfoskettbarnes.co.uk if you have any queries.

Cancelling shop orders

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may cancel an online order within 14-days of purchase. Please note that refunds processed online may take up to 14-days to show in your account.

 

Damages and issues

 

All orders are packaged with great care and delivered to Royal Mail in the best possible condition. However, orders may get damaged in transit for which we bear no responsibility. If you experience any issues, please contact holly@hollyfoskettbarnes.co.uk.

 

Returns

 

We do currently not offer returns for shop orders, however we will try to resolve any issues that you may have if you contact holly@hollyfoskettbarnes.co.uk.
